El Futbol / The Soccer

We are linked, we sister. Long rows walk to the stadium, hours before the match, to encourage our team.

The roast, as well as mate, is a typical custom Argentina. Not solely by eating, but by the seremonia being done to prepare. It is a symbol of friendship, sharing a table with friends, family, etc.. First turning the fire with charcoal or firewood ... Those who know say that the fire is ready when we hold the hand few centimeters above the grill by the time lag of about 10 or 12 seconds (8 to speed a little roast), while drinking a good "red" or, if the heat is very violent, a beer "sudada." Then heat the grill and clean, usually with a paper diary. Then the meat is salted and achuras and "bed" in the very hot grill until you hear the chisporroteo of fats cocinándose (some people like to salt the meat to give it back); is preferable to meat fat, placing them with fat down, and also suits those with bone with it towards the fire. Be sure to turn the meat when it has "bleeding", ie from the top begins to leave the "juice". You can accompany grilled bread with salad or vegetables, potatoes, etc.. Meat can also be wet with chimichurri (in some places do with oil, vinegar and a little spicy) so that the meat does not dry (this technique is good for beef and lamb). While for us any time is good for eating a roast is traditionally do asadito Sunday.

The legend of the mate: This began as a rural custom, but in time, it was "aquerenciando" in the city today is very difficult to find a site in the country where there are people together to walk the "matte". The vessel's mate is a container, usually pumpkin or wooden cylindrical shape with a broader base. To drink uses a bulb (element hollow and elongated, usually with a small metal filter at the tip that goes inside the matte), which is similar to a "straw". Herb that is the mate is precisely , Yerba Mate, which, according to experts, should not let "stick" nor so little (pucha experts ....). It adds hot water and drunk. At mate without sugar is sometimes called the "bitter". In the coastal area are taking cold and he is known as "Tereré." In the valleys Calchaquíes he adds alcohol (96 powerful degrees) and some yuyo as "Muña-Muña" or "Peperina" and is called "Yerbiao", in La Cienega (Tafí Valley, west of Tucuman) is the party's provincial Yerbiao, and there was this baby "juerte" bebida.De agreement served as a mate on a wheel, we can say: 1 .- Cold: desprecio2 .- Wash (no taste): desgano3 .- Boiling (very hot ): envidia4 .- PRIMING by the bulb (heats metal): odio5 .- Servirlo to the left: lack of respeto6 .- With edgy: matecito "to love" 7 .- Bombilla trancada (can not be) : enamorado8 .- With foam: aprecio9 .- With cedrón: damage corazón10 .- Prime mate: mate for the fool. Always the first mate what takes the primer 11 .- Sour: Loyalty and honesty I should also mention the existence of Kill Cooked exquisite, with so much consolidation in the countryside and mate with bulb ... The preparation of Cooked, it is very simple: It puts the number of cups boiling or jugs of water you want to drink, we put so many tablespoons mate has put as cups. It is left to boil, when the foam rises, stop and withdraw, then it can be to take a jet of cold water to settle the herb. Then served cast. You can put milk instead of water and food is a very rich and powerful. It sweetens comfortable and ..... Listolpollo. He gives Eliseo Soria Quiroga in his Spirit of the Nationality, which is attributed to the pre-Columbian Guarani Indians the first to use the mate, they took with cold water and served them sustenance and energizing ... According to the Jesuit brother Pedro Montenegro, even in times of cold mate should be taken with warm water and in small quantities, since mate hot "is extremely pernicious, it shakes the heart, sleep deprived, enerva and moves to anger" also we know that amte sweet benefiting more damaging, as the bitter possesses stomach and diuretic. Moreau de Tours, in his book "Le mate" gives us the following conclusions: 1. Mate stimulates the functions, works both on the intelligence and the musculoskeletal system, as on the roles of vegetative life. This stimulation is not ending with fatigue as alcohol2. Taken in small quantities and with essential food, a quarter reduces the amount of secreted úrea and makes slow oxidation of tejidos.3. The favorable action on nutrition is due to the modifications that leads to trade more nutritious than the matters which fall within its membership (¿?). 4. Taken in greater quantity and lacking food is enough to prolong life, it keeps longer than fasting and weight loss less than half. Maintains general physical energy and can have a significant temporary utility. We wanted to include some concepts that we considered excellent mate, we sent Javier Luis Guastavino, the city of Santa Fe province and the same name (description belongs to him), this story tells us why mate is NOT just a drink: Mate is not a drink. Well, yes. It is a liquid and enters through the mouth. But there is a bebida.En this country because nobody takes mate thirsty. Rather, it is a habit, as rascarse.El mate causes exactly the opposite that television: makes you if you talk to someone and makes you think when you solo.Cuando reaches someone to your house, the first sentence is "hello" and second "Do some mates?." That happens in every household, whether rich or pobres.Pasa between women charlatanas and chismosas, and passes between men serious or inmaduros.Pasa between old and a geriatric among teenagers while studying. That is the only thing they share parents and children without discussing or lie down in cara.Peronistas and radical ceban mate without preguntar.En summer and invierno.Es the only thing we seem to victims and executioners, good and bad . tenés When a child, he empezás to mate when you pide.Se what das tibiecito, with a lot of sugar and feel grandes.Sentís an enormous pride when a esquenuncito your blood begins to suck you out mate.Se the heart of the body . after them, over the years, if elected to take bitter, sweet, hot, tereré, orange peel, yuyos, with a splash of lemon ... When someone conocés, invitás to share some people mates.La asked if there is confidence: "Do sweet or bitter?". The other replied, "As you eat." Keyboards Argentina have the letters filled with herb. The grass is the only thing there is always, in all the houses. Always. With inflation, hungry, with the military, with democracy, with any of our eternal pests and curses. And if one day there is no grass, and a neighbor is giving you. The herb is not denied to nadie.Éste is the only country in the world where the decision to stop being a kid and start being a man happens one day in particular. None of long pants, circumcision, university or live far from the padres.Acá started to be the big day that we need to take some mates for the first time, ALONE. It is no coincidence. Not because it is. The day where a guy puts the kettle on the fire and takes his first mate without anyone at home, in that minute, it has discovered that it has soul. Or is dead of fear, or love is dead, or something, but not one day cualquiera.Ninguno of us remember the day when we first few mates alone. But it must have been an important day for everyone. On the inside there revoluciones.El simple mate is nothing more and nothing less than a demonstration of values ... It is the solidarity of those banking mates washed because the talk is good. The talk, not mate. It is the respect for time to speak and listen, you hablás while the other takes and vice versa. It is the sincerity to say: "enough, cambiá the herb." It is indeed time companionship. It is the sensitivity to boiling water. The affection to ask, stupidly, "is hot, no?". It is the modesty of whom ceba best mate. It is the generosity of giving to the end. It is the hospitality of the invitation. It is the justice one by one. It is the obligation to say "thank you" at least once a day. It is the ethical attitude, frank and honest about being without major claim to share. Now you know: a mate is not just a good mate ... Ta not? I put the kettle?

The rivers of Mesopotamia draining directly or through short collectors in the scheme of Parana and Uruguay River. The main tributary of the upper Parana is the Iguazu river. Its most notable feature is the falls that bear his name. They are located about 20 km from the mouth of the Iguazu River Parana and form an extensive medialuna of 2.7 km in which there are many jumps, separated by each other islets covered with palm trees. This magnificent show is enhanced by the context of the lush vegetation and the rainbow almost constantly suspended above the clouds of pequeñisimas droplets formed by the rushing waters. After the fall, the waters are sumengen a cañadon deep, the Devil's Throat, which are several kilometers sharply.
